ORELLE: THE NEW GATEWAY TO LES TROIS VALLEES.
Orelle is located in The Maurienne Valley - the least discovered part of the famous Savoie region
Three factors have just transformed the tiny hamlet of Orelle - into the new gateway into the
Worlds largest ski area – Les Trois Vallees
1. Orelle has linked ski lifts directly to Europe's highest altitude ski resort - Val Thorens at 2,300m.
Orelle now has direct ski access into the World's largest ski area with 650km of pistes.
In fact, this region should now be titled “The Four Valleys” with Meribel & Courchevel 1850 just 3
ski lifts from Orelle. Orelle also offers access to the 21 ski resorts of the Maurienne Valley.
2. New motorway access has dramatically shortened the transfer time to Orelle. Chambery &
Grenoble airports are now within 1 hours drive, Geneva, Lyon & Turin airports just 2 hours.
The third factor that has catapulted Orelle into the limelight is recent permission for the
first development at Orelle for tourism.
A new village with World Class Spa facilities is being created. The project will comprise
100 ski apartments in Phase One constructed in traditional chalets with completion
Christmas 2007. Property prices in Orelle are currently less than one third of traditional 3
Valleys resorts.

Orelle has no skiing pisted down to its village. All skiing is above the village at high altitude
for snow-sure skiing all Winter. The Orelle ski lift is operational in summer as well and the

region of the Savoie

The new private Spa Retreat at Orelle will be managed by the boutique Spa management company Cela.
They currently operate Retreats in the Caribbean, and across France and the Alps.
The Spa will provide jacuzzi's, steam rooms, gymnasium with an indoor heated swimming pool.
